Cancellation Policy
Before Project Commencement
If you wish to cancel your project before work has begun:
- Full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email
- Refund will be processed within 14 business days
After Project Commencement
Once development work has started:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- Client is responsible for payment of work completed to date
- Work completed is calculated based on project milestones achieved
- Any remaining balance after deduction of completed work will be refunded
- Refund processing takes 14-21 business days
After Project Completion
Once a project has been completed and delivered:
- No refunds are provided for completed projects
- We will address any technical issues or bugs within the warranty period
- Additional modifications outside original scope will be quoted separately
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Failure to deliver services as outlined in the service agreement
- Significant delays caused solely by xomtyraxdhak
- Material breach of contract terms by our company
- Technical failures that cannot be resolved within reasonable timeframe
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions purchased for your project
- Domain registration and hosting fees paid to external providers
- Premium plugins, themes, or software licenses
- Custom content creation including photography and copywriting
- Work completed according to approved specifications
- Changes in client requirements after project approval
Project Delays
Timelines may be affected by various factors:
Client-Caused Delays
Delays resulting from client actions do not qualify for refunds:
- Late provision of required content or materials
- Delayed feedback or approval of deliverables
- Frequent change requests outside original scope
- Unavailability for scheduled meetings or consultations
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures of third-party services, or other unforeseeable events.
Warranty Period
All completed projects include a warranty period as specified in your service agreement:
- Technical bug fixes and error corrections at no additional cost
- Support for functionality issues within original scope
- Assistance with technical questions related to delivered work
- Warranty does not cover new features or scope changes
- Warranty period begins upon final project delivery
Refund Request Process

Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge:
